All our sweets are made fresh to order. We donβt keep ready stock β every box is prepared after you place an order, ensuring maximum freshness and authentic flavor.
π 3. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We ship our products pan-India through trusted courier partners like DTDC, Bluedart, and Delhivery.
You can track your order easily via the tracking link shared after dispatch.
π§ 4. How should I store Egg Mesub?
Keep the sweets in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.
Unopened, vacuum-sealed packs stay fresh for 12β15 days,
opened and refrigeration can stay longer upto 20-25 days.

We accept all major UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select pin codes.

Metro Cities: 2β3 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3β5 business days

π 7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order moves into preparation or dispatch, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your product is damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
Weβll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

π« 9. Are your products gluten-free?
Yes! Egg Mesub and most of our sweets are naturally gluten-free, as they do not contain any flour or wheat-based ingredients.
π 10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
However, weβre working on enabling international delivery soon for our premium customers.
π 11. Do you offer gift boxes or custom packaging?
NO, we dont provide custom gift boxes, corporate hampers, and festive packaging.

Yes β The Royal Melt operates under FSSAI guidelines, and all sweets are produced in hygienic, certified facilities using approved ingredients.
